T
he parents arrived and we greeted them at the airport. We headed directly to the beach resort town, Costa del Este, about 4 hours South of Buenos Aires where we spent the week with our beloved parents.
They came not with gold, frankincense and myrrh. But with Mountain Dew, Easter candy, and salad dressing. They also reinforced us with new books and some cloths we had forgot. They also are acting as transport for our winter cloths and thesis material back to the States. We don't have a lot of pictures, as we have mainly been relaxing by the pool and enjoying the company. Laura's thesis was approved and she is officially finished with her Masters. I don't have much to show from the week other than some killer tan lines and some finished books.
It has been great to see my mommy and daddy (step-captain). We plan to head back to Buenos Aires tomorrow to drop the parents off and to head North to Iguazu falls and into Paraguay.
